Online shoppers often look for shipping and returns information before purchasing. Your store currently has no shipping, refund, privacy, or terms of service policies set up. Adding clear policies could help 

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Method: All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, a tracked and insured service that requires a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Fee: A flat rate of £5.00 applies to all orders.

Estimated Delivery Times: Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment being received. As many of our pieces are handcrafted to order, please allow additional time during busy periods. Once dispatched, Royal Mail Special Delivery aims to deliver by 1pm the next working day.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a further notification when your order has been dispatched.
