We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please read our policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at trish@trishyoungjewellery.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Earrings – No Returns
Please note that earrings are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. This is for hygiene reasons and in accordance with UK consumer law, which permits exemptions on earrings and other pierced jewellery. If your earrings arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If any item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please get in touch and we'll make it right — whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
How to Return
Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
